While our 2015 Carr Pinot Gris pairs great with many cuisines, it pairs exceptionally well with spicier foods. The light crispness and pleasant minerality in this wine create a wonderful balance to cut through the spice of this yummy Mexican dish.
Kokonda is a traditional dish served all around the South Pacific with slight variations depending on where you go. It is a ceviche dish served with coconut cream that has lovely citrus flavors followed by a sweetness from the coconut. It is perfect for our newly released 2014 Carr Pinot Gris!
