Rosé season is back again! The sun is shining, the days are long, and we’ve got 2017 Carr Pinot Noir Rosé to sip on. This dry rosé has hints of peach blossom and honeydew, making it a perfect refreshing treat for this coming spring and summer. Pair it with these super easy poke bowls. This recipe is very basic – feel free to dress up your bowls with cucumber, seaweed, mixed greens, or any other toppings of your choice.
Spicy Poke Bowls
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sushi-grade ahi
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek (or sriracha)
- 4 c. cooked sushi rice
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl besides the rice. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving for best results.
2. To make bowl, start with a base of rice, then add your poke.
